Very frustrated this morning! I’ve done IF and OMAD a couple of times and NO movement on the scale this week! Hate stalls!!! I will Keto on!!
208.0 lb Lost so far: 46.3 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
