I've completed two days dry fasting (in hours) coming up on 48 hours around 7am EST, this morning. That's 0700 ETZ for you Military types. I'm calling it early and drinking my snake juice (electrolyte replenish) since I'm a bit grumpy and woozy..But I'm still carrying on with Three days no food, perhaps longer Since I'm feeling pretty good otherwise. Which will be Midnight Monday/Tues..still going strong with that.

People have responded with what's the point of no water, fasting...I'm by no means an expert. But its called DRY FASTING. There's two types..Hard Dry and soft dry. Hard dry is no contact with water, no showers bath or food. Soft Dry is you're still eating and you can have showers, etc. Point being you can absorb some water through the skin.

The main purpose and benefits of dry fasting is increases Ketosis and Fat lose 3x or more over the same time period as with water. Basically it put the body into overdrive in Ketosis in an attempt to recover water from damaged, sick and or now useless cells (empty fat cells, cancerous cells, free radicals). AKA Autophogy (self eating) this is normal, your body does it everyday. However, A dry fast dramatically increases the process. Supposedly, it very good if you want to get rid of wrinkles, skin discolorations, warts, love handles, stretch marks, and such..do a search on youtube, google or wherever For Dry fasting...Beginners such as myself should not go longer than 3 days...However, experts can go 7 days.. any longer than 10 days (depending on your lean body mass) you risk brain damage..Three days however is supposedly achievable by anyone..so far I went two, with only moderate discomfort..DOES put you into deep Ketosis pretty damn quick, I can attest to that, if nothing else.
