Okay so i have been looking at my daily food intake , and it really looks small , but when i think about it i have eaten quite a bit, this herbalife diet is great, it gives you all the nutrients that you need for a meal without the parts that put on weight! a perfectly balanced meal replacement , its so great , i feel better , more energetic, i am even sleeping better. I dont get as tired as i used to with just walking around, i have been able to keep up with my family on normal activities for the first time in years, were i would usually spend the day playing games on my computer , i have been driving my family around and walking with them , shopping , errands , maintenance deliveries! it just feels great to be able to help them for once instead of being a drain on them :)

So basically what i have been doing isnt a normal herbalife diet , usually with herbalife you would replace 2 meals with there meal replacement and then have there snacks during the day and 1 big meal , i decided to take it slow at first and go with 1 meal replaced , and still have a healthy lunch and then my main meal at night , and to be quite honest, it is working great! in 8 days i have lost 4 kg's! Cant give herbalife all the credit though, i have been drinking at least 2 litres of water a day and also the increased activity does wonders!

I decided that i would like to get a new border collie pup! and let me tell you i think he wants me to lose weight to , the amount of activity he makes me do just to take care of him :) its half my day !! lovely animal though!


Anyway for the first week of my diet - i feel great, there were a few bumps, but overall my intake of food has been almost 100% healthy foods , my activities have increased and for the first time in a while i feel happy :) its a great day!


I hope everyones weightloss experience is going as great as mine is at the moment!

I myself am doing the Herbalife diet and I feel exactly the same. It's amazing how you feel now compared to previously. I have been seeing results from the get go :-) Glad to hear I'm not the only one that's loving Herbalife!!

I love it too! It really does work! It's amazing what your body can/will do when it is getting the nutrients it needs. You will lose weight and see results with just replacing 1 meal a day with a shake but you will lose more weight more quickly if you replace 2 meals a day with shakes. That is the beauty of the program...you can adjust it to meet your needs! Continued success and good luck!
