Breastfeeding for the last two months and still have 25lbs before I get back to my pre-prego weight. I’m trying to do a lo-carb type lifestyle because the hi-fat part of it seems to be keeping my milk in full supply. I don’t weigh in much because it depresses me but I can tell I am moving in the right direction because my clothes feel looser everyday! Leftover flank steak salad from anniversary dinner last night, coffee and water for breakfast, I’m stuffed lol
