I haven't lost any more weight since doing the master cleanse but I expected not to since I've been upping my calorie intake and adjusting my protein, fat and carb levels. I'll figure this stuff out .;0)
I just joined my first challenge It's an ab challenge. I have to get off this plateau somehow!!
