Feeling pretty positive today. I looked in the mirror a little bit ago and actually could see for myself that my stomach is smaller. I will take my measurements in 2 weeks to compare. Trying to take them once a month.

Walked 6 out of 7 days last week with full intentions of doing that again this week weather permitting. As long as it doesn't rain, it will be 7 out of 7 outdoor walks. If it does, I will just have to make myself do an indoor walking video.

Just finished my walk-thru of the property (an hour long walk) and no copperhead snakes today. WooHoo. Going to pop across the street after lunch to buy some mothballs to place around the perimeter of the building. That will hopefully keep them out and away.
