Yesterday was an okay day. Didn't really get on here too much other than to post my food and weight.
Spent most of the day in Winston Salem yesterday. Turns out the car is fine so that was a relief. Later in the afternoon, went for a walk with the neighbors then to a fish fry over there. All I ate was some fish since it was breaded. Luckily it wasn't a heavy breading.
Todays plan is to keep to the lower end of the carbs and go for a walk later.
