20 pounds lost in 4 weeks! All it takes is a little discipline, and I will admit to beating myself up mentally.

Not obsessively, of course, but any time I reach a temptation that will wreck my diet or when I think of an excuse not to exercise, that's when determined me has to seriously pick on lazy me in order to do the right thing.

It all comes down to being honest with yourself.

You are doing awesome! That is significant weight loss in a very short amt. of time. I think you are absolutely right that it does come down to honesty. What we are eating or not burning off will come on as weight, that simple. And now that we are working hard, we still have to burn off all that weight that was the result of our poor choices in the past. It is hard to keep at it day after day. Let's keep plugging along and striving for the healthiest and strongest we can be!
