20 pounds lost in 4 weeks! All it takes is a little discipline, and I will admit to beating myself up mentally.
Not obsessively, of course, but any time I reach a temptation that will wreck my diet or when I think of an excuse not to exercise, that's when determined me has to seriously pick on lazy me in order to do the right thing.
It all comes down to being honest with yourself.
