Well, since January I have lost 64 pounds. I would say that I have only been committing to strict diet and/or exercise about 50% of the time.
I am working in Afghanistan. I have a gym open to me and I am using it maybe three times a week on average. I plan to make it a place I am at least two hours a day.
The dining facility here isn't great but I have decided to give a low carb diet a try. I just ate most of the Trader Joe's snacks my friends and family have sent. The dried strawberries were phenomenal. After consuming the entire small bag, I was shocked to see that was over 100g of carbs.
I am going home on leave/vacation in October. I hope to be down to the shape I was after basic training 11 years ago. I am just half way there.
