Not doing to bad today. I danced for 50 minutes and aiming to stay within the hundreds and not hit 2000 cals. I'll keep aiming for that and then decrease and make the goal more of a challenge, but for right now, it's a big enough challenge for me just to stay lower than 2000 cals eaten per day.
