I am glad to be out of the 90's...and it's nice revisiting the 80's...loved the music :), but I am itching to make it to the 70's...I am going to keep doing what I'm doing...watching calories, and working out and then working out some more. I also need to be more aware of when my body is telling me it needs a break, and not push myself harder, just because I am on a roll...I want to do this the healthy way, and I want to keep the weight off this time for good...
