I've managed to sprain my ankle...slipped and fell. It's currently twice, if not three times the size of my other ankle. Which totally sucks, because I can hardly put any weight on it. And that means I won't be able to get to the gym for a week...if not more. So this week, I have to be especially careful of what I eat.
But I'll probably see a gain this week, because yesterday I felt so awful and sorry for myself that I totally pigged out on popcorn, root beer, and peanut M&Ms.
