Ate mashed broccoli for lunch and broccoli salad for dinner which killed my net carb count. I usually eat 4-6 cups of veggies per day but when you mash or puree broccoli or cauliflower the carb density per cup goes way up. I am not concerned really because they are a very filling and satisfying addition to a meal but it is hard to see a net carb number in the 40's.
