This last 10lbs is going to fight me all the way!! Week#4 of my plateau with a net 0lbs lost/gained and I haven’t changed a thing with my diet. I took a couple days and ate ~200 more calories/day hoping to “reset” my BMR. Didn’t seem to work, so plan B is to change up my workouts for the next 4-6 weeks - Add more muscle in an attempt to increase my BMR back to where it should be. I’m thinking these last few months of caloric restriction might have forced my body to compensate by lowering my burn rate. Persistence will pay off.... I’m sure I will gain some weight, but hopefully it will help me reset at least.
