ok, obviously I've been over doing it with the emotional eating. as the one year anniversary of my daughters death fast approaches, I have found myself eating every desert junk food I come across. and now all of my clothes are tight & it's just adding to my depression. I find it hard to care about taking care of myself but I'm going to try & renew my effort towards good health. starting today.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
