been awhile since i have journaled or weighed in.i havent been exercising enuf and feel water retention.i may sound discouraged but i am not.i know this is a life long journey with many twists and turns.THIS TOO SHALL PASS.just not feeling in my skin the way i want to,i will again.drink more water,exercise more,choose less salty snacks.
mostly all i do on here is read my buddies journals.thats my fave.enjoying my coffee with no grandkids around for awhile.love them dearly but sometimes my old ears need a break.bad enuf with my hubbies "wake the dead" load tv usuall set to ID.drives me nuts.
got new glasses coming.bifocals got worse,naturally.gotta check my glocoma with a specialist.doc keeps an eye on it cus my dad and grandma have & had it.
thinking about going to doc to check out my ears.that store bought earwax removal kit changed nothing.vertigo is gone,thank goodness,but still have pressure behind ears and i think i am finally ready for hearing aids.the other noises around make it impossible to hear conversations.i still blame my hubby.
well i need another cup of coffee.go watch ID with "old man" so i can loose more of my hearing.fix breakfast.finally found some low
carb tortillas and bread.gonna try out.
he is going to haul my "new" mini van to machanic friend today.it is just like the one i had a year ago.loved it.bought it for $250.00 the other day.needs some simple repairs and BINGO i am granny with mini van again.
