I really hate the scale. I am considering packing it away in the attic as I get derailed when there is very little progress even though I thought the week went pretty well overall. Still, I got on it this morning. Maybe just once per week.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
