Hello people! Oh, I hope I can do it. I do! Now I`m 132 pounds. We will see my pounds at the end.
I already do not eat candies, cookies, fried food and do not drink soda for 5 months. I reduced alcohol for 1 time/2weeks. As result I lost 12 pounds since.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
