Today is Saturday. So far this week I have walked 17 miles. Will walk again this evening to make it 20 miles..possibly 21. Feeling better and better. Doing very well on eating. My 3rd weigh in will be Monday and will take measurements as well. I like the evening walks. I'm not hungry when I get back..I'm sleeping like a rock. Very good first 2 weeks in.
