Well I lost another 2 lbs. this week. I am extremely happy with the results I am achieving. I am closer to my goal weight 128. 23 lbs. to go, should be no problem whatsoever. I am however a little worried about a plateau. If I do plateau I'm not going to sweat it much.
Eating less has really changed al lot of things about my life. My life is no longer revolving around when my next meal will be, I'm not carrying around like 80 lbs of food in my belly all the time, my energy has sky rocketed, and my goal weight now seems achievable. Weight Watchers is an amazing program. Weight loss is slow, but who cares. I believe I have learned how to eat.
I have been able to incorporate sweets into my diet, 100 calories personal choice. Last night it was a brownie...Yummy...Any diet where I can lose weight and eat sweets is cool in my book!
