No one always has a handle on things. Don't be so hard on yourself, Steph. Today's a new day. Get your chin up. You've been doing an amazing job exercising. You know your weakness is snacking. Stare it in the face and take it on. I've seen you put your mind to things to get what you want. Just do it!

And, I just realized you didn't enter what you ate. Don't be in denial. Record it, stare it in the face, and move on!

It's true - nobody always has a handle on things. Everyone has struggles even if it doesn't seem like it. Keep your head up and make this day great! :)

Tasha is right. No one has always has a handle on things. And if they think they do they are delusional. Lol. As TS Eliot said, "April is the cruelest month..." Sometimes the spring is hard. It's supposed to be happy about new starts, but it often stirs up whatever deep feelings we've been burying all winter. At least for me. I tend to feel like I suddenly have so much to do and can't keep up. Take a deep breath and give yourself credit for how far you've come.
