The insanity of weight loss and gain. Weighed myself this evening I am down to 214 pounds. I did go to thebathroom 3 times today. Damn am I that full of waste???? I am going to change my eventual goal to 185 Lbs. I think that will be a more ideal weight going into my 50s.
