I was hoping I would have lost more, but I lost 6 lbs without exercising. I am hopeful that as I start incorporating exercise I to my routine going, month 2 will be even better. I could get sad that it wasn't 30 lbs or something, but its 6 lb less than I had a month ago! So that's just great.:)
170.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

6 pounds is great. Exercising will speed things up, but I found that the first month was the hardest. As time goes on you get into a routine and don't miss the foods that you used to. Good luck and think positive. If you can pull another 6 pounds this month, you will be up to 12 and that is significant!
