Okay okay. I have been sooooo bad this weekend. I won't mentioin what I have eaten not so much because I'm so ashamed and I feel like I've commited murder, but I really don't want everyone's tastebuds to dance. Tomorrow it will be right back on the horse and I'm gonna force myself to exercise regardless of the weather.
I think another reason I have jumped into the fat food is because I lost a couple of pounds and somehow Im trying to reward myself. Shit the bed, either its unaaceptable. I have a goal and I have to stick to it. Have to have to have to!!!

it's alright, we all have momentary (delicious) lapses in judgment, just gotta forget about them and move on... you will you will you will!

You are recognizing the triggers that caused you to fall off the wagon. That is half the battle to learning to change your responses to those triggers. Don't sweat it for now. Try to come up with a list of other things you could do that would make you feel better in times of stress that don't involve food. It doesn't always work but you have to start somewhere! By the way, sorry to hear about the health problems in your family. Hope everything takes a turn for the better soon.

Oh dear! You know that you should record your food, even when you're really bad. That's what I do, and I'm sure it puts a limit on just how bad I am, because I don't want to be too ashamed of my diary!! Don't worry about it - just put it behind you. You better get back on track and be extra good this week!!
