You are recognizing the triggers that caused you to fall off the wagon. That is half the battle to learning to change your responses to those triggers. Don't sweat it for now. Try to come up with a list of other things you could do that would make you feel better in times of stress that don't involve food. It doesn't always work but you have to start somewhere! By the way, sorry to hear about the health problems in your family. Hope everything takes a turn for the better soon.

Oh dear! You know that you should record your food, even when you're really bad. That's what I do, and I'm sure it puts a limit on just how bad I am, because I don't want to be too ashamed of my diary!! Don't worry about it - just put it behind you. You better get back on track and be extra good this week!!
