I did what I shouldnt have done and weighted again before going to bed. Grrrrr! Im pissed!!! less than 1000 cals, all veggie and fruits, almost doubled than with exercise and yet Im weighting almost a pound more since this morning.

I really hope is just all the water I drank at the gym.

way to go girl 116.2 is new low for you i belive congrats and dont fret that lb. i always freak my self out before i go to bed and weigh myself. which im always up about 4lbs from that morning! but it always goes away. keep your chin up i promise its jhust food/water weight =)
