I started this diet 9 days ago at the weight of 162 and now I'm 159. I am a little bummed that I'm not loosing more. I'm following it pretty closely, so I'm a little dissapointed.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 June 2012:
2169 kcal Fat: 156.63g | Prot: 143.30g | Carb: 46.33g.   Breakfast: egg, turkey bacon, egg whites. Lunch: snap peas, cod fish. Dinner: garlic, olive oil, avocado, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, black olives, lettuce, steak, ground beef. Snacks/Other: coffee, cream half and half, atkins bar, atkins shake. more...

Try to stay away from the Atkins bars. They will stall your weight. The shakes don't seem to do that but the bars will in some people. When I first started I wasn't happy with my weight loss either and someone told me about the bars so I stopped eating them. I right away started dropping the pounds. Also drink plenty of water.
