Joined up at Golds Gym last week. Good thing is Tyler will bug me to death so we can go everyday. My new goal for the summer is to lose 20lbs. I want to get under 300 by the time school starts. Let the work begin. What is really helping me is a better understanding of nutrition and what things are good for me and what's not. Let's go!
