Early rise to get to TA event in Clarkston. Then a rush to SL to meet friends for March for our Lives. Sue Mc guided me to them - saw Carey and Jeff, some great signs, inspiring speakers, etc. I left not long after we got to Capitol....same route as Women's March...ajc said 30k, Women's 60k...who knows, but great crowds and diversity!

Mol came over and we picked Elizabeth up from her hotel, came back here for dinner...sat on upper deck for a glass of wine in warm weather.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
