I am still eating no sugar, very low carbs, I have 1 scrambled egg with avocado on low fat no sugar lavash bread most mornings, salad with tuna, or egg or salmon salad for lunch and blue cheese dressing, veggies, meat and mashed cauliflower for most dinners.
I do 1 hour on treadmill every day and have lost about 25lbs in 12 weeks, I never feel hungry and if I want a snack it might be a couple off pieces of dried salami with some cheese, occasionally strawberries with whipped cream once or twice a week
170.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week
