I made myself a pact not to turn on the tv until 5pm every day this week. There is also a Fast Food Ban in our challenges. I made myself a list of 21 other ways to feed myself each day. I am not going to concentrate so much on food...I am going to invest in myself! I am going to invest my time, love and money (some money) into myself! I am going to feed myself emotionally, spiritually, mentally and physically-there has got to be some balance for this to work. I need to spend some time with myself-remember what I love, what makes me feel good. Clear a space to let my brain and heart grow-instead of my belly. I know that my authentic self is in here somewhere and I am going to find her. So in addition, to keeping track of how I feed myself physically every day, I am going to chart how I feed my soul and brain and heart too. This is going to be work, but it needs to be done, and I can't wait to re-connect with who I REALLY am :)
