Feeling pretty blue today... won't go into all the behind the scenes.

Got up first thing and ran a 6 miler at the gym....at least my energy appears to have returned. Was one of those days/mornings when you just want to beat yourself up at the gym, exhaust the stress away...kind of worked.

Totally uninterested in weight training at the moment, but will need to work that back in the next couple days.

Appetite is back-ish...eating alright today so far. Grocery shopping later, looking forward to lots of veggies and healthy options.
