Ok - Kudos WebMd - I think. I won't know for sure until I see the scale but if the amount of sweat and stench I exuded during and after that workout is any indication - something had to have happened. I did (5) 4 minute segments on the Beast going as hard as I could (min. of 16 mph) alternated with (5) 2 minute weight training sessions. I thought it would be easier than my regular 30 minute workout but I thought I was going to die! Let's hope this works...something has to give soon.
