well another day. blood sugar this morning was 147. Not to bad I guess. lots of stress going on. Very hard to deal with but like I say, one day at a time.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

147 is not too bad - I've never had it go up a lot because of stress. I have heard that a lot of diabetics have it run high in the mornings. I should know - I can't seem to get it below 110 in the morning. I have never had a low blood sugar spike - the lowest it's gotten is 85.
