Hmm, down to 145 yesterday, now up a bit today. I did eat a lot today, and a milkshake too, which I can't seem to resist. Milky things are my weakness. Oh well, better luck tomorrow.
146.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
