There is over the counter help lol but with eating less you produce less waste. They claim more fiber but it never worked for me. What does work is exercise! Good luck Sweetie

It is normal, but you must have your electrolyte intake daily and magnesium too.
That helps a LOT

Thank you guys! I'm going to do like 30 mins of cardio when I get off work at midnight. Hopefully that makes a difference. I've 96oz of water today....but now i just feel super heavy lol.

Most women should be at 25g of fiber a day, maybe add in a supplement like benefiber? I've been using one this last week and it has helped a lot.

More fiber doesn't work for me either, what does work is lots of probiotics and fluids. Google foods that help constipation. I found some ideas that way. Good luck.

It depends on how old you are, your activity level, and medications can play a factor. If this is new for you, you probably need to consult with your physician.

Wow! Thank you all for the support. I didn't think about the fact that I have Grave's disease and IBS, so I will definitely consult with my doctor but I will pick up some benefiber on the way home tonight just to ease my mind until then. Thanks again!
