i bought some more keto friendly items to bake cocunut cocolate chip cookies . lookin foward to trying it out. i have been so full of energy. this FS plan is amazing. havent felt this energetic in years. im dancing more, exercising is like instant every morning nd after dinner ill dance again just yo burn extra calories before i sleep. the keto cheese cake is still in my fridge lol, so i have that snack just in case the carb monster wants to haunt me. sometimes just watching tv with those awful food commercials just mess with me psychologically, so i make sure im prepared, i want to be able to dance like i used to.. i used to teach, until i fractured my heel. but i swear that is one of my greatest reasons to lose this weight.. i want to dance nd do ALL my moves.. so what ever your goals or reasons are.. keep it going. I hope by the end of this year im down to a weight that will allow me to "bust the move" 😁😁
