A loss for 2 days in a row. I can't usually do more than 2 or 3 days in a row because even though I am under the calorie count for the day, I am a yoyo dieter, up and down. But overall am slowly losing.
201.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Im huge on fluctuation so I don't usually weigh but once a month and also that I don't freak out if it bounces up 2-3 lbs...;)
