Feeling a bit frustrated at the moment. Despite losing 25lbs over the past year, doing regular disciplined exercise(3-5x p week), and a clean diet.... just got my blood-work back and my cholesterol is STILL high. AND I’ve been on a statin for the past 1 year+.... TOTAL 215 LDL 144 HDL 51 Triglycerides 99 VLDL 20
