Well crap. Here we go again!
I've been making some progress lately. I had gotten back up to 300 pounds last year and have finally made it back to 250 again. It's been a stressful time. That's probably responsible for most of it, sadly.
Things are getting better though and I'm going to WORK to make them even better! This is a fresh start at my life, really fresh. I need to find a new job and I'm going thru a divorce. I might as well lose the rest of the weight too and have the best life I can.
Plus, I hear getting skinny is lots of fun in a divorce. It will be fun to watch my ex see me change. Not to mention all the cute, skinny clothes I have waiting for me in the back of the closet!
I'm going to exercise INTENTIONALLY every day that I can. My goal is at least 5 days a week.
I'm going to eat healthy foods is moderate portions. I'm trying to cut out all white crap from my diet and focus on whole grains, lean proteins, fruits and veggies. I just stocked my freezer with salmon and veggies and I'm ready to go!
