Wow! I am SO proud of myself. I went with my friend to purchase Harry Potter 5 book (I ordered mine via amazon so I have to wait a bit longer) last night and she wanted to go to Denny's for dessert and I'm happy that I didn't even have a bite of her dessert. I only had salad instead. Otherwise, I would have felt guilty as hell!
Friday, July 20th (Day 1 of cycle 1)
Breakfast: 2 egg whites with salsa & green apple M#2: Cup of premade Fruit M#3: 2 servings of stir-fry vegetables & 1/2 cup of kidney beans Snack:: Trail mix Snack:: Prima powebar (100 calories) M#4: 1 small bowl of caesar salad at Denny's (i had like 3 or 4 croutons but that's OK!)
Work-out Ellipitcal for a hour (I feel I could have worked harder but it's been well over a month since I last worked out so I wanted to take it easy)
