This morning I weighed in at 314.6 pounds which means I reached that 30 pound mark and hit my 10 pound target for the month of March.
In hind sight I feel like 30 Pounds is a HUGE difference but I don’t see a huge difference on me yet. I take pictures monthly and all I see is fat 😔

I know what you mean. I’m down 25 from what I was a few months back but I’m not really seeing it for myself. My hubby says he’s seeing it so I guess I’m overthinking it. I’m going to keep moving and doing the right thing. I’ve normally given up by now so I’m doing better than I have before. Let’s keep pushing through!
