Well gym time was done today. I got 2 rounds done before I got interrupted by two kindly older ladies who were sort of piddling around and sitting on equipment gossiping more than exercising.. argh.. I got 5 minutes cardio on the machine and was able to keep my heart beat and sweating up the whole time I was there. I didn't do my after cardio though my bad but I did do an extra round of leg press, calf press, and leg abduction.
