Well just have time to write. I've really been good about exercise, Not great about walking, only getting in about 40mins each day thats only going back and forth to the gym but I'm now swimming about 10 laps then having a Jacuzzi for 15 mins, swim and do some exercise in water, then go to the sauna and steam room, and then swim again. I'm on mid-term break so next week wont have the time to spend as long in there but I'm making out a rota about how to fit it in.

Since I went swimming I can already see my BATWINGS reducing, and am going to make an appointment to have a Fitness Assessment completed as I want to do a weights program to improve my whole body and as all the fitness classes are included I'm going to go and see which of them I'm going to try, two I'm interested in are the Total Tone including Fab ABS workout on Monday and Thurs night or the Pilate's Fit Circle. I'll have to wait and see what the fitness report says.

Back on my 12 week Weight Challenge, and Im all set for that as well. I'm staying positive and I'm going to try never say BUT or IF ONLY I did this or that I'd lose more weight. I'm going to put a HUMAN 100% in to it and if there are days I don't achieve this 100% that's just being human.

40 minutes walking a day is better than nothing! Why are you considering it "not great"? I love love love pilates! I have never taken a class though. I bought a DVD from Target and I really love it. I haven't done it in about a week and I need to get back to it. Yesterday I found out I am anemic in my pregnancy so THAT'S why I haven't been able to find the energy to do much this week! Ihope I can fix it and get back in there!
