Going pretty well with the dairy free. My skin is definitely getting clearer.
I had a tiny slip up last night when at a social function I had a very small piece of a custard cream and a glass of champaign. There was a ton of carb laden food on offer, everything from white bread sandwiches,cream cakes, scones,chocolate cake,etc,so I think I did pretty well!
I am still feeling stiff and sore from the LHT workout on Thursday. I think I need to start off at a lower level. Next week I will do half the amount of repetitions in each cycle. It is better to start off slow and gradually build up and it doesn't matter how long it takes me to build up my strength. As they say, the journey of a thousand miles, begins with a single step. I will get there, one step at a time.
