Did another sprint session today. Felt great and I was able to run much better this time compared to last week. Elated!
Van still at the garage so I am also still walking everywhere - did loads of walking today too.
Still sticking to no dairy and my skin is looking great.
The scales said 60.5kg this morning but I am scared to believe them and expect them to haver jumped back up to 61kg again tomorrow as my weight just seems to bounce between 60.5 and 61 all the time.
