Little by little I'm trying to incorporate healthy habits into each day. Newest habit is to drink a cup or two of green tea a day - it is such a great source of antioxidants. I enjoy sipping a cup as I'm making supper.

How funny - I am doing the same! I like my iced. I am also trying a cup of sleepy time herbal tea at night! Trying to wean myself from Tylenol PM. Isn't it fun to concentrate on doing GOOD things for ourselves? Grandma's have an extra-good reason for taking care of themselves - it is our job!
