Well that stinks but your are still down a couple of pounds. You don't have a lot to lose, so it take some work to get it off. If you haven't started and can, exercise. It can be your best friend in getting the weight off and keeping it off. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight. Maybe you ate too much sodium. Maybe it's hormones. Are you drinking water? You may need to keep changing things up to find what will work.
