Ok so when you count calories there are tons of calculators to help keep track of every calorie you eat and every calorie you burn. I ran across this today and thought this was interesting. A woman that weighs 145 lbs and is approximately 5’4 burns 72 calories per hour when she prays and mediates. Of course the bigger you are the more calories you burn. Think on that a minute...not only is prayer good for your soul, brings peace of mind, but has health benefits too. 😉 just sayin
