Hi Alice and welcome to FS. To record a journal you can add comments to your weigh in or tap on the pen icon that has a + next to it. To add calories for exercises, click on the (what looks like) someone playing football icon and select from the list (you may need to change tab) and adjust the minutes. I hope that helps 👍🏻

Thank you Phooka, that’s very helpful
I have connected the health app (iPhone) and the number of steps shows but the calories burnt is staying at 0 (yesterday I did 11,000 + steps so I’m sure I would have burnt some!). Do you have any suggestions please?

Sorry, not a clue about connecting iPhone - I’m an Android person and link to my Fitbit. Hopefully someone else will know or you could try looking on the community forum to see if anyone has posted about it. Good luck!

Have you tried tapping on more on the FS app, then go to settings and then exercise diary and then click on fit bit

I have the health app set up and in the exercise column it shows my steps for that day but the calories burnt number stays at zero for some reason. I’ve also added my yoga session which I have inputted just from the search button and that has updated fine. Strange!
