Today I am starting my new diet plan. I have done atkins before and it was great. I am nervous that I won't succeed. I am a Flight Attendant and it makes it so hard to eat right being on the go all the time. I am also finding that because of my age I am gaining in places I never gained before. I think this is going to be a struggle.
